Are the meals pre-prepared, or do I have to cook the ingredients myself?

99% of the meals are ready to eat, however, there might be exceptions where minimal preparation is required on your side in order to have the best tasting experience. Whenever this is the case, we clearly state it in the product description.

An example is the chocolate souffle that is sold frozen with easy instructions as it would be impossible to experience its warm melted heart otherwise.

What is the shelf-life of the meals?

All items have a shelf life of a minimum of 3 days, which includes the day of pickup when kept in the fridge. Many items are also suitable for home freezing on the day of pickup.

Follow these steps:

  1. Explore our menu options here.
  2. Click on your favourite foods, select the desired quantity and add them to your basket.
  3. Complete the checkout with your details and select your preferred pickup date. We recommend providing at least two pickup date options.

It’s not recommended to make modifications to the original recipe. However, we might accommodate certain changes in special circumstances.

Any special request should be submitted using the ‘order notes’ field at checkout. We will reach out in case we can’t fulfil your request.

I've placed an order, what happens next?

Your order request needs to be approved before proceeding with food preparation. We’ll review your order within 24 hours and confirm both your pickup date preferences and any special requests you might have.

We try to accommodate your preferences as much as possible but it might happen that your preferred pickup date is not suitable for us. In this case, we’ll propose you a new pickup date for you to approve.

To speed up the pickup confirmation process, we recommend providing at least a couple of pickup options when you place the order.

Once you accept the pickup date, it’s time to select the payment method. The food preparation will not start until this step is completed.

All that is left is for you to come to pick up the food on the agreed date and time and enjoy your food!

What if I need to change the agreed pickup appointment?

Contact us as soon as possible to rearrange your pickup.

You can change freely the pickup date and time up to 5 days before the original pickup. 

If the pickup is within the next 5 days, it’s unlikely we would be able to make any changes because of other potentially overlapping orders. Please, contact us to find a solution.

Can I edit or cancel my order once it has been placed?

To edit your order, you need to cancel it and then create a new one.

If you haven’t confirmed the pickup appointment yet, once you have created an account, you will be able to cancel your order directly from your Account > Orders page.

If you have already confirmed and paid the pickup appointment, you can cancel the order up to 5 days before pickup. Please contact us to assist with this as you will not be able to cancel from your account page.

How far in advance do I need to order?

Orders are made on request, thus we need some time to source the best ingredients and give you the highest quality products. To avoid any disappointment, we recommend placing orders as far in advance as possible.

We have a minimum of 48-hour notice between order creation and pickup. However, especially when ordering many different dishes, we recommend ordering at least 3-4 days in advance.

Please note, pickups are made daily between 9 am and 8 pm. If you are ordering for a special occasion, we recommend that you pick up the food the day before.
