Elvira’s vanilla cupcakes are the best ones I’ve ever had! We ordered them for our daughter’s birthday and asked Elvira if she could decorate them with an “under the sea” theme. When we picked them up we couldn’t believe how cute they looked! Each cupcake was decorated with a different sea character and they looked absolutely fantastic.
