Ciao a tutti! I’m Elvira, a mother, a wife, a marathon runner, and a huge Italian foodie. I love preparing delicious Italian food for both my friends and my family …and I’ve heard they love it too! 😊
I’ve lived in the UK for a while now, but I’m originally from Puglia, the heel of Italy (it’s where burrata comes from!).
Food means ‘home’ to me, and I’d like to share this feeling with you too through my homemade dishes.

Elvira absolutely nailed it! She made an incredible parmigiana for us that was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly made with so much care and skill.
