Crunchy flat Italian bread from Bari, Apulia, topped with ripe tomatoes.
Ingredients: wheat flour, Italian semolina flour, sugar, potatoes, tomatoes, olives, yeast, origan, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Allergens: gluten.
Heating instructions: Preheat fan oven to 175°C. Place the focaccia (room temperature) directly on the oven rack and heat for 4–5 minutes for the whole 45x35 cm tray, or 2–3 minutes for a single slice, until the crust is crisp and the tomatoes are glossy.
