Product Description
Apulian fried small “calzones” filled with Nutella, coated in caster sugar.
Ingredients: wheat, Italian semolina wheat, yeast, extra virgin olive oil, Nutella, sugar.
Allergens: gluten, dairy.
Heating instructions: Preheat fan oven to 200°C. Take panzerotti out of the fridge, place on a tray with baking paper. Do not overlap. Heat for 10 to 12 minutes until hot, crisp and golden. Check they are piping hot all the way through. Filling must steam. Serve immediately. Do not reheat more than once. For a tray of 6 or 12: leave space between each piece. Add 2 to 3 minutes for a full tray and turn the tray halfway. Do NOT use microwave – it makes the dough soft and chewy. Do NOT deep-fry again.
Storage instructions: Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Use within 3 days.
