I was very excited to see the Mimosa cake on Elvira’s menu as it’s always been of on my favourite. I have ordered it for my birthday and I must say the taste was beyond my expectations. It was soft and the filling made with cream and pineapple was delicious! If you fancy something fresh, light and tasty for any occasion I definitely recommend this cake.

Our first time using Elvira's Dough; it was first class! We had 2 types of lasagne, which were very fresh and ideal size (for family of 4 grown ups). The mimosa cake was very unusual, light and summery! Will definitely be using Elivra again!

I had never tried this cake before but saw it on Elvira's website and thought I'd give it a go. Well I'm glad I did! It was really unusual but very very tasty! I will definitely be ordering this delight again. Thank you, Elvira!

This is my favourite cake ever! If you like cream, pineapples and a very light fluffy sponge, you’ll love it too! It’s delicious:)
